Warranty Information for Aftermarket Dodge Products

Warranty Claims

  • To process your warranty claim, you must provide clear, detailed photos showing the defect or issue with the product.

  • We will review the claim and respond within 48 hours, excluding weekends.

Shipping Damage

  • The majority of our products are shipped UPS or FedEx, orders including a harness bar will be shipped via a trucking company.

  • If your product arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. You must also notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Please take photos of the damage, including the packaging, and contact the carrier immediately to report the issue.

  • Important: Send copies of all communications and photos of the damage to our email within 24 hours of receiving the product. Shipping damage does not qualify for a warranty claim; claims must be filed through the shipping company.

Quality Control

  • All products undergo strict quality control to ensure they meet the high standards for aftermarket racing parts.

  • Proper installation and usage are essential for maintaining the product’s integrity. Improper installation or misuse will void the warranty.

No Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges once a purchase is complete.
