Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be submitted via email to [insert email address here] within 1 month of the date you received your parts.
To process your warranty claim, you must provide clear, detailed photos showing the defect or issue with the product.
We will review the claim and respond within 48 hours, excluding weekends.
Shipping Damage
The majority of our products are shipped UPS or FedEx, orders including a harness bar will be shipped via a trucking company.
If your product arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. You must also notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
Please take photos of the damage, including the packaging, and contact the carrier immediately to report the issue.
Important: Send copies of all communications and photos of the damage to our email within 24 hours of receiving the product. Shipping damage does not qualify for a warranty claim; claims must be filed through the shipping company.
Quality Control

Proper installation and usage are essential for maintaining the product’s integrity. Improper installation or misuse will void the warranty.
No Exchanges
